Every dollar raised goes directly to the working families and small business owners who are feeling this crisis the most. We are here to make sure they get the support they need to survive, stay housed, and continue holding our community together.
Let’s Support Our Neighbors.
CURRENT CAUSE (Updated Fri Nov 21, 2025):
Recent ICE and CBP presence in Durham has left many immigrant families and workers in fear. Several well known and loved food vendors at 320 E Club Blvd (behind Omie’s Cafe and across from Compare Foods on North Roxboro) have missed days of work because they are scared to show up. That means lost income, lost stability, and real harm.
If you want to show up for our immigrant communities but are unsure where to start, donating is a great way to make an impact. Every dollar goes straight to them!
These vendors have fed and supported Durham for years. Now it is our turn to show up for them.
HOW CAN YOU HELP RIGHT NOW:
Donate
Share this with at least 10 friends and encourage them to put some real money where their community love is
Reach out to restaurants, groups, and organizations you are part of and ask if they want to endorse this effort
